This darling tutu is complete Bliss and perfect for any occasion. Our tutus are made with yards & yard of tulle for maximum fluff. Tulle is hand tied secure to a sewn elastic band and a coordinating ribbon is applied to the waist band.
Each set comes with a coordinating shabby headband too. This set is perfect for photos, baby showers, new arrivals, birthdays, or just because.
In addition to the color selected, customer may select up to two addtional colors, please specify colors choices in the note section.
