Products will ship 1-3 business days after after production. I am happy to rush ship, additional charge will apply. Please message me before purchasing to ensure I can get your products to you in your desired timeframe.

Products ship from Newport News, VA. If local, drop off is available if within a 15 mile radius. A $20.00 fee will apply. Please inquire via email. 

FREE local pick up is available in Hampton, VA on Tuesdays, Wednesday, & Thursdays only.  The Hampton Location as follows: 1702 Todds Lane, Hampton, VA 23666. Please coordinate prior due to being a secure building. 

Items are packaged carefully to avoid damage. If your purchase is damaged during shipment please message me with photo's of the damaged product and I will work with you to resolve the problem. 

USPS tracking numbers will be provided. I am not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed shipments. I cannot guarantee how long USPS shipping will take.
