How long will it take for my order to ship after I place my order?
Most items from 3 Pea Pods children's boutique are handmade and due to the nature, each item is made upon order just for you! In this case, your order will ship 5 to 14 days following the receipt of payment. If you need it sooner, please inquire to have items RUSHED. For items on hand/ ready to ship, they will ship out 2-3 days following the receipt of payment.
Can I place a rush order?
Yes, rush orders are possible for most orders. A rush fee is available for your choice of a 2 or 5 day turn around. Please note that this your desired item will SHIP depending on your RUSH selection. Please contact me prior to purchasing a RUSH order if you require 4 or more of any particular item.
Does my order ship with tracking?
Yes, each order comes with tracking. You will receive an email or text with tracking information.

Do you ever have sales?
Occasionally 3 Pea Pods will have flash sales and giveaways via our Facebook and Instagram page. Be sure to follow 3 Pea Pods on social media and sign up for our mailing list for promotions.
Can I place a custom order for something that I don't see online?
We love custom orders and they are welcomed, however, please contact 3 Pea Pods via email to discuss your order and to ensure that your needs can be met.
***Keep in mind that all custom orders are final and there will be no refunds allowed.
Does your website accept PayPal payments?
Yes, PayPal payment is accepted by 3 Pea Pods. We also accept Stripe as well. Both are safe and secure platforms, which allow you to use any major debit or credit card for purchases. Can I receive a refund if I fail to use a discount or coupon code at the time of purchase?
Unfortunately, we cannot honor codes after the fact. All promotional codes must be redeemed at the time of purchase.
